What could be interesting is adding a feature akin to district storage mechanics to existing bank buildings. Essentially, what I’m suggesting is that by talking to a banker NPC, a character could lease X storage slots at the bank vault for a price of X*100gp per ingame month. I like this idea more ...

The screenshot shows the creation failed, it's not progression. Didn't see a mastery roll after the fail for a possible save, which I've seen before.

I think player fixtures can add more life to the server. If you walk down the same road for a decade, don't you expect to see changes over time? Stumbling into new things every now and then adds a dose of dynamism and can create RP as well. Unless the devs plan to tweak all areas every couple of mon...

I just wanted to chime in. I played an AA to max level, and before she had a place to store the heavy materials (or someone to carry them for her), and the ability to craft arrows herself, she was reliant on two different people to help her craft arrows, using CP they could be using for other things...

This bug is not limited to that particular well, I've seen that happen at several other water sources, like the well out of the Arcane Tower, and the Fountain at the Hub. The animation triggers, but the water level doesn't go up.

You are not alone, this has been discussed before: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=24386. I agree that if it's locked behind a particular skill, you should get some sort of hint, so you don't frustrate yourself trying to find a solution your character mechanically can't.

I have also experienced this. I tried releasing it from the Player Tool 1 and letting the standard AI do its thing but it still just sits there. Targets are not invisible and there's nothing breaking LoS.

It's an option, sure, but still don't understand why the change was made and it wasn't even announced, it just happened. Maybe she just wants to quietly leave a tense situation safely before it escalates, avoid someone, or just pull a prank on a friend. Not all uses have to be PvP only.
