I think it's overall a good change. I also think the concerns expressed here are valid. So in order to avoid confusion, a small post-death pop-up message for the assasinated player would help them understand why they were just killed. Swashbuckler's scaling cooldown reduction to Blinding Speed changed to 1 minute per 6 levels from 1 minute per 12 levels.

This streamlines blinding speed cooldown reduction to be equal across all participating classes.
