yes IIRC that's a hard 5% roll. I would either: 1. Just use a Greater Woven Rune and apply a Universal Save. or 1. Try and get as many Sargeant's Cloaks as you can 2. There is a climb spot just South 100 feet or so and a smidge West. When trying to climb from lower to upper it does not take you up, leaves you at the bottom of the climb. Tried twice both times succeeded. DIdnt move or cancel the climb. screenshot included

A DM was contacted and said DM would not remove the writ paper saying or explaining your reasoning explained above. The character is level 30 ...
