Disguise Cover Update Bugs

I'm going to list the bugs I've found so far here:

1. Breaking your own disguise (as someone stated in another post), triggers godsaves and piety
2. Outcast tags can seen without breaking the disguise.

also from the cover discussion - Elemental Genasi aren't displaying racial status properly.

The breaking your own disguise and Elemental Genasi bugs should be fixed now/next reset, please let me know if they aren't.

Will look at fixing those outcast tags next.

Testing this I noticed that a much of the pieces are individually flagged as covered / not covered.

1 - this really limits non-full-bodied robe use on anyone who cannot wear armor since almost all of them do not meet the criteria for covered. This would be fixed with the introduction of new cloth torso models though

2 - The arm pieces do not seem to have had a thorough run through as many that are shoulder only and leave most of the biecepts and forearms visible (I think model 63?) qualify as "fully covered"

Hey, regarding both your points, can you post a screenshot of how the PC looks and add the output of -cover state? that will help me see what I missed fix it quickly
