Helmet Cloth Coloration is Off

Description of Bug Experienced:
I was customizing my character's look when I came across this relatively new helmet. I was dismayed however to learn that the coloration of the cloth on the hood part of the helmet does not match the rest of the coloration options for cloth.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:0

• Get a Helmet

• Open Character Customization Menu

• Set color on a normal piece of clothing to a number/color you can remember

• Set color of cloth on helmet to the same color as the above

Expected Result:
The colors should be matching.

Actual Result:
The colors look completely different.

It depends on the shading in the plt file with respect to how it appears in-game. Could just be darker / lighter depending on the item.

In this case, it was basically impossible to find a matching color. In the screenshot, the cloak and the helmet are the same color.
