The Deep Delver's Association writ item description says "an ad hoc organization of freelance contracters". Should be "contractors".

The Lich Lyrics requires spell components to be used which sort of circumvents the usage of this item. Its a CL 15 Horrid Wilting.

Brogendenstein is still missing an exile/pariah board outside the settlement. While not exactly a bug, I'm sure this isn't intended.

The new character creator lists large weapons that small creatures cannot wield but it's my understanding that spears are medium weapons on Arelith.

Healing kits bought from the pastor in Skaljard cost ~53 gold per kit if you buy them in a bundle of ten, and 46 gold if you buy single kits.

Forces you to buy single kits as a low-level, once you notice. That's inconvenient and a waste of time.

I'm assuming this is the new HAKs changing what some trees look like but this chest in the Bramble Woods (North) near the portal destination is inside a rock.

When you attune to an altar, there is a slight typo in the message:

Your patron deity is X and you are also worshiping X.

In fact underwater rats were a problem for a while already. Remove all enemy spawns in the area, perhaps?

Seems the enchantment basin in the bendir dale 2nd floor far right corner across from the registry agent items sometimes disappear --- double stack is what Im told its called

Mentions SF Enchanting for basins:
If you're having too much trouble enchanting your gear, have no fear: Anyone with spell focus, greater spell focus, or epic spell focus enchantment can do enchantments more easily and cheaply (And also produce more powerful items). Also, anyone with a magic deity has a small chance of succeeding on an enchantment they would have failed, as their deity intercedes.

all the chairs in the upstairs bane church are wonky, some you sit weird, some you can't at all.
I know they got that whole agony shtick going for them, but I dunno if clipping through chairs counts.

That table and chairs are a 'tile' feature, meaning they are not placed individually nor can be moved (a pity as those chairs are superior). As such the sit positions only work if they are just inside the surrounding the walk-mesh, meaning that clipping/difficulty to access/odd positioning, cannot be avoided.

Now we have HAKs we can however replace it with a blank tile,w ith idividually placed chairs that do work. As an aside, it might be worth suggesting to our art team that those chair models be introduced as individual, and craftable models?

The mummified supplicants in and around the Slaver's Tower in the Underdark don't have Improved Unarmed Strike, so you get an attack of opportunity against them every time they swing at you.
