Hi,
if you try to poison a blade that has blade thirst on it says the weapon already has a poison applied for some reason.
it works if you do it the other way around, first apply poison then cast the blade thirst, but since blade thirst lasts almost an hour and poison just a few minutes its usually not really an option.
PS, another bug that I think is known though is that blade thirst life leech doesn't work when the weapon is used by non-ranger PCs

Poisons check if there is any other on hit properties on the weapon before applying. This is just a fail safe so no weird behaviour happens, we could probably ease a bit on that restriction and just check for unique properties.

Re: Can't apply poisons to weapons with Blade Thirst
As a weird secondary notice, why does Blade Thirst count as an Imbue when cast on a spellsword weapon already with a single imbue? This led to great confusion when I had a double imbued Bladethirst/Negative Energy sword.

Bump,
Both of those bugs are still happening,
1) can't poison a blade that has blade thirst on, which basically means high level rangers aren't using poisons which is a shame because its quite thematic.
2) blade thirst doesn't give life on hit property when not used by a ranger, it only gives the + enhancement.
