Description of Bug Experienced:
Scrolls normally accessible with my character's lore skill are no longer consumable. The lore requirements for scrolls that are outside of my character's lore range are no longer displaying.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Expected Result:
I can WoF all warlocks
Actual Result:
WoF is now a restricted scroll due to my character not having UMD or cleric levels.

On top of this, UMD requirements seem to be off as well. Some wands that are supposed to be usable at UMD 5 aren't.
