Fixture: Altar Good lost consecration

Incident: A couple of hours ago I picked up a consecrated altar from one quarter in Cordor and moved it to another quarter. Before I picked it up I checked the dialog to make sure I was picking up the correct altar. It was consecrated to Sune.

Once I placed it down in the new quarter I clicked on it to pray. I didn't realize until I checked the logs later that it was only giving 0.10 piety as opposed to the usual 0.4. The 2nd time I used the alter I realized the difference. Reopened the dialog, and the altar is not consecrated.

Steps to reproduce: (Cities & Planes) Pick up a consecrated fixture altar and move it to another area. (Unknown if just picking it up and putting it back down in the same area also breaks it).


Expected result : Move altar to new location and it remain consecrated.

Actual result: Moved altar to new location and it was a blank altar without consecration.
