Tested on PGCC. Tried to use every masterwork rune on a masterly damask heavy flail
Expected Result: A rune would work on the heavy flail
Actual Result: None of the runes worked on the flail, giving a server message listing what they could be applied to.
How to reproduce: Try to apply a rune to a heavy flail
No rune works on heavy flail
