Cod aggroes guards on warship:

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Go on warship.
2. Cast Circle of Death on the friendly ship guards.


Expected Result:

I would expect cod to not turn the guards hostile or have to make a save against the spell as usually cod doesn't hurt friendlies, similarly to wail.


Actual Result:
Guards go hostile and take negative energy damage,

Additional Information/Notes This is a bit of an inconvenience because I keep accidentally aggroing the ship guards every time I go out when enemies board the warship.
