Black bar table not working like a fixture

The table (bar - dark cloth) fixture does not function like a fixture, trying to place it drops a bag item to the ground instead of placing a fixture down.

This is ONLY the black bar table, the purple one works perfectly fine.

That's odd, I seem to recall it didn't work in testing. Then later on worked perfectly fine. Hrn. Thanks I'll take a look at this.

I tried it in a different location, same problem. Took a screenshot. It becomes an item on the ground, it doesn't even take up a fixture slot.
