Pale master summons bug

Description of Bug Experienced:

the stat increase for the palemasters dracolich seems to be buged (not taking account epic levels or epic spell focus necromancy or something). on the wiki it says the dragolich has 36 attack bonus, when i have a character 14 wizard 16 palemaster with epic spell focus necromancy the dragon gets 38 ab but a 10 wizard 20 palemaster the dragon gets 36 ab. compared to regular dragon on a wizard 30 level with epic conjuration spell focus the dragon has 44 ab... dragolich seems to be a lot weaker than the normal dragon.

i tested this on the Arelith PGCC server.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:

build characters:
- 14 wizard 16 palemaster (with epic spell focus necromancy)
- 10 wizard 20 palemaster (with epic spell focus necromancy)
- 30 level wizard (with epic spell focus conjuration)


Expected Result:

all dragons Epic Dragon Knight summons should have 44 attack bonus.
36 + 5 from epic level wizard + 3 from epic spell focus

as per the information from the wiki.


Actual Result:

- 30 level wizard Epic Dragon Knight summons has 44 attack bonus (as expected)
- 14 wizard 16 palemaster Knight summons has 37 attack bonus
- 10 wizard 20 palemaster Knight summons has 36 attack bonus


Additional Information/Notes

undead summons (mummies) may have similar issues i think the attack bonus might not match what it should from what is described in the wiki, though with thees i may be miss-reading the wiki, not sure.

i have not tested at lower levels at this moment.

also note: a shadow wizard 10/shadow dancer 5/ palemaster 15, there dragolich has 48 ab
