Stuck walking after coming out of stealth

Anytime I come out of stealth I seem to be stuck walking. I have to relog in order to run again.

Does toggling -alwayswalk fix it?

How long has it been going on?

Have you been delivering packages?

Toggling -alwayswalk on and then off seems to work.
