UMD bug on Cities and Planes server

Hello I was in the new city of Dis and also in Shadow Cordor.

I went to use my Sithyrr'tyne (Hand spinnerirte) and it wouldn't let me equip it.

"It said I did not have UMD of 50" with is true but my race is Elf (Drow) and I am Evil so I meet the two requirements that it needs.

Also on the property of the crossbow it has +50 UMD skill... This is only seems to happen on the City and planes server.

I am not the only one to experience this. My traveling buddy was not able to use her whip. And there are to more that where not able to use their items (forgot their name)

Could you look into this issue as I am sure I am not the only one to have it.

verified on shadow cordor wouldnt let me use my Spider Queens Wrath insisting on a 60 umd also had my diety stripped as well had to reset it once back in UD

in addition the K&I removal has not happened yet so hope thats still in a fix pipe as well

This "should" be fixed if it was a racial issue on CnP. Please confirm, thank you.
