My Curseblade always triggers. And Hex doesn't reset on cooldown. I just found out when another player asked me how I liked the class that this might not have been intended. I can't find any posts saying if whats happened to me is a purposeful change or not either.
Characters Embrek Shatterforge, issue's been happening since I first got curseblade and Hex.
