PGCC - Broken Script for Wand + Potion Making

A repeat of an older post:

I found the workaround for the experience issue. Sit at level 29 (or any level) and set your exp to the level above, without doing the level-up process.

It gives you the experience gap between Level X and level Y to spend freely. (Confirmed through scroll making on-site on PGCC.)


With the introduction of -transfer, it also opened up the possibility of loot items, your entire character's inventory from live server, and so on to be carried over. This also meant access to Magical Potion Bottles and blank Magic Wands!

However, the next issue that comes up is the fact it seems the actual scripts for creating the wands/potions is broken.
This testing is conducted on a Paladin with the appropriate feats.

We have the feats.
We have the experience.
We have the gold.
We have the materials/containers.

Tests were run with;
Bless Weapon (1st level)
Bull's Strength (2nd level)
Holy Sword (4th level)

Scroll creation works fine.
Wand/Potion creation gives the following message: "* Failure - Item creation not successful! *"

This was tested with:
Live Server Magic Bottles
Live Server Magic Wands
PGCC Server Bone Wand
