I did -pickup_fixture to pick up a bookshelf. I didn't notice my inventory was full. A few items dropped, but the shelf did not pick up. It did not drop back to the ground. It vanished.
What I think happened is the top page bottom left hand corner of my inventory had my trackless sea writ paper, which cannot be dropped. Which caused the system to bug up.
