Hexblade not getting spells

I have a new Hexblade lvl 6 or 7 now. I’m not getting to choose any spells and I didn’t get to choose a familiar?

Don’t really want to start over... what are my options?

And I have more than enough charisma 15.

You're also giving conflicting information.

This thread you posted says you have 14 cha with gear and a familiar: viewtopic.php?f=36&p=235589&sid=2004f60 ... f8#p235589

Do you have a familiar or not? And what is your base charisma without gear? It needs to be 10 + spell level to be able to cast spells.

I have 14 charisma without bonuses that is my base.

I have a familiar that I did not choose or name.

Sorry for the delay. I'm still looking into it, but sadly it might be an issue with custom classes on xbox. If so, I can't do anything about it.
