Description of Bug Experienced:
When under the effects of Blinding Speed (BS forward) and Slow you are unable to neutralize the Slow effect with a Haste wand, potion or spell. You can, as usual, neutralize the effects of Slow with a Haste wand, potion or spell when not under the effects of BS.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
I tested with all possible means in game. Hasted by non-BS, and Hasted with BS.
Expected Result:
Typically there are three levels of these spells, Slowed, Normal, Hasted. I expected Haste to bring me one step towards Hasted, or for Slow to bring me one step towards Slowed.
Actual Result:
Blinding Speed, being not-haste, not only prevents moving one step away from Slowed, but also skips the step of Normal when you are Slowed and under the effects of BS.

I don't think screenshots are helpful here.
Its a very niche but potentially deadly bug, that I assume was not intended.

Re: Blinding Speed/Haste/Slow
I'll have to adjust things to consider this.
Katernin Bersk, Chancellor of Divination; Kerri Amblecrown, Paladin of Milil; Xull'kacha Auvry'rae, Redcap Fey-pacted; Sadia yr Thuravya el Bhirax, Priestess of Umberlee; Lissa Whitehorn, Archmage of Artifice
Blinding speed + Haste spell
When a wizard casts haste on you as you have blinding speed on the AC wil stack.
Re: Blinding speed + Haste spell
Yep. Unless I seriously saw that wrong, you *also* receive the extra attack...so Haste and Blinding Speed do seem to stack save for the Movment Speed increase.
