When i releveled my character i picked Safeguard 1. It does not appear in the list of feats that my character has nor does it appear in the radial menu to be assigned to the toolbar there. It is simply gone.
I made a new character on the PCGG that picked Safeguard 1 only to find it happens again. It seem the first tier of the feat is bugged.

Hello, I'm sorry about this inconvenience.

It's a known issue and one I'll be looking into fixing as soon as I am able.

Let me know when a fix is put in so that i can check if it turns up or if a relevel will be needed to activate gaining the feat for it as it does not even turn up in my list of feats of the character.

In to report the same bug on my Earthkin Defender

Reached lvl7 of the prestige class and picked Safeguard, but it does not appear in my feat list

Any known fix for this? Should I relevel?

It appear once you pick the "higher" tier of the level. But if you do not intend to do that (Like myself) it is no fix for it yet that i am aware of. Releveling will just place you in same position until this is fixed.

I also have a Earthkin Defender with safeGuard and 1 and 2 are showing on my character sheet ,And I also tested this build in the Builder and it has worked asleast safe gaurd 2! Safegaurd 1has never worked. Just hopeing for quick results Thank you

I have an earthkin Defender with Safeguard 1 and 2, and neither have shown up on my character sheet or radial menu.

Just took Safeguard 1 at ED lvl 10, and am also affected by this bug, and am unable to use the feat.

hm this is quite awkward. I took Safeguard 2 and it appears normally on the radial menu. Also, the numeric values upon use appear to be correct (16 SR on the character sheet)

Is there a fix in the pipeline?
