Harbinger/Hexblade Items

While running some tests with Harbinger on the PGCC, I encountered at least one item so far; Fiendish Crown, that is usable by Hexblade, but has not yet been updated to be used by Harbinger.

The items are yet to be updated, same as the spellbook
