Description of Bug Experienced:
I made a bard on PGCC (drow base) and leveled him to 8 Bard / 15 Red Dragon Disciple / 7 Weapon Master. Then I used a bard song, which showed 8 as base song level instead of 15, which was the expected level with RDD synergy (1:2).
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Level up a character on PGCC to 8 Bard / 15 Red Dragon Disciple / 7 Weapon Master and use a bard song.
Expected Result:
Base song level 15.
Actual Result:
Base song level 8.

check how your stats change when you sing. the debug message is almost always wrong. just cross verify your skill bonuses from the wiki
Test results: Baseline + Selfish Solo with Effective Bard Song Level 15 should give me +2 AB, +4 AC, +2 skills and +3 regen, instead I am getting +2 AB, +3 AC, +1 skills and +2 regen, which is less than what I should be getting.
This is weird.
Prior to the last wiki update bardsong scaling with RDD levels was only supposedly active at 20+ bard levels.
When I tested this I found it to be untrue, along with other undocumented changes, so I removed the note.

I am pretty sure it's supposed to be 1:3 and then migrated to 1:2 if bard levels >= to rdd levels
Went to test this in the PGCC. This checks out.
Except it has to be more bard levels, not more or equal.
I'll update the wiki accordingly.

I did some more testing with this and it seems that the bard song scaling is currently 1:4 and then migrated to 1:2 if bard levels > to rdd levels. If it is supposed to be 1:3, then it would require some tweaking.
I don't remember what it's supposed to be, I think the wiki may mention it
The wiki shows the following:
At least the bard song level is currently not what the wiki shows; scaling is 1:4 when bard levels are less than rdd levels.
math issue then. will need to be looked at. I'm in perma os reconfiguration lately or I'd do it. no way to test

bard 6/RDD 6 yielded song level 8 - assuming 1:3 scaling of RDD this is correct.
6/8 yielded 8
7/8 yielded 9
7/9 yielded 9 ??? This should have yielded 10.
8/9 yielded 10 - this is still wrong
9/9 yielded 12 ?????? This is correct but it's not consistent with previous results
10/9 yielded 14, entering 1:2 scaling, and this is correct.
10/10 yielded 13, which is mathematically correct but doesn't make much sense mechanically.
This was all tested using the debug readout of the PGCC.
