Fey award race unable to wear blank OR enhanced gear i.e. boots, cloak, vestment
Steps to reproduce
Buy blank boots or whatever, try to equip
Expected result
Equipped as normal gameplay
Actual result
Get message in combat log saying, "Character lacks ability to wear boots" (or whatever the item was)
