Bard +3 CL vs Dispels is bugged?

Description of Bug Experienced:
Bard class wiki says that:

Bard receives a +3 bonus in defense vs. Dispels if they have at least 21+ bard and they do not have a divine dip class: Paladin, Blackguard, Zhentarim Enforcer, Harper Paragon, Cleric, or Hexblade.

Either the description is wrong, or the feature is bugged. I am currently testing a Bard 17, Dirgesinger 10, Cleric 3 build. It has full CL vs Dispel.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Taking a 3-level Evangelist Cleric dip on a bard

Expected Result:
I took AD Abj, thinking that my divine dip would disable the aforementioned feature, and I'd have 29 CL vs Dispels

Actual Result:
I had full 30 CL vs Dispels

It's been a while since I tested this but what I think that it actually tests for is if you have some source of CHA to saves, I'm not sure though

Ah, you mean as in the Divine Grace or Dark Blessing? That wording is confusing haha.

I'd still love to receive a confirmation whether it is a bug or not, it would be painful if one of my build pillars was working off an exploit lol.

Yeah, I think that's what it was. Have you tested it with BG/paladin to see if you end up at 29?

If you have levels in a class that gives you turn undead, and therefore the capacity to run Divine Shield or Divine Might, regardless of whether or not you take those feats you do not get the bonus to CL.

Same is true if you get Charisma to Saves from Hexblade, Paladin, or Blackguard.

Check the screenshots, please. All three builds have 10 dirgesinger, 3 evangelist cleric and a varying number of bard levels & divine shield feat taken. Did you try taking a class with Divine Grace/Dark Blessing (CHA to Saves) or Cleric in your tests?

My previous main was a Bard 22/Cleric (Evangelist) 3/LM 5, and the calculations for caster level showed that I never got the bonus CL for being a level 21+ bard, and this was without taking the Divine Might/Shield feats.

I am 100% certain of this.

I've been taking a look at this from the bard side, and I can't seem to find anything wrong.
For reference, the description is accurate:
Bards only get +3 dispel resistance if
1) They have at least 21 bard levels
2) They are multiclass bards
3) They do not have any levels in any of the divine classes. Feats are not relevant.
