Description of Bug Experienced:
I have 1 rank in herbalism. I tried to make the Bottle of Coffee recipe (ID 1817). I failed my roll with 100% piety and my god-save available. God-save did not proc. I tried a second time to make sure it wasn't just unlucky, it failed again. I thought my god-save might have been on CD for some reason so I went to the surface server, which I had not been to since the last reset. The same thing happened, I failed twice, my ingredients gone, no god-save. So that is 4 failed attempts with no god save at 100% piety. Either I am astronomically unlucky, or something is wrong.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Fail to make Bottle of Coffee with only 1 rank in Herbalism and have god-save available.
Expected Result:
You expect god-save to proc, saving your attempt and materials.
Actual Result:
Fails and eats materials, as one would expect with a nat 1 or no god-save.
