Shadow mage and dark bolt

Darkbolt isnt mentioned under shadow msge wiki, but is evocation. Is my darkbolt shadow mage with high dex null in void then?

It's another exception, just like Darkness.
They can cast the spell! :)

Confirmed spells with the "Darkness" descriptor are supposed to be exempt from the Evocation rule here.

Wish it wasn't evocation as shadowmages will never have that focus for the will save DC. Couldn't it makes as much sense as a conjuration or illusion spell?
