Hey!
I've noticed that extend spell does not increase the duration of true sight when cast by a character with all divination foci feats. Should extend spell not increase the base or total duration of the spell, gaining 6 or 10 rounds of effect?

No extend does not lengthen true sight, but it does extend the buff to spot.

And as far as I can tell, it's intentionally designed that way.

True Seeing: True Sight effect will only last 1 round. For Turns/level, the target receives See Invisibility and Ultravision. For rounds/level, the target receives +15 spot, applicable toward piercing disguises.
