Old chars

Hello. When i log in, the game forces me to level up again my old characters. Is this normal?

There was recently some very big changes to Arelith, including changes to UmD, Crafting Feats, Lore, ect. Because of that all characters were at least given the option to re-level, and some just forced to. That's likely why. You may want to take a look at the update thread and/or talk to your fellow players before releveling, so you know what you're getting into!
This too shall pass.
