Okay my commoner character has a knowledge invention Deity, 14 points in Craft Mastery and the Imp. Dweomercrafting feat. I thought every 10 points increased you Dweomercrafting tier by 1 so with the feat I should be at Tier 2 right. Or do they not stack?
Currently with 14 ranks in Craft, Imp. Dweomercrafting and Skill Focus Craft. When I use -date it says I'm at Tier 1 mundane and magical crafting

Tiers are also gated behind levels. Tier 1 is L1-11, tier 2 is L12-23 and tier 3 is L24+

Ork is right, no matter what you do right now you won't be eligible for tier two until lvl 12.

Note that Tier 3 is after level 21, not 23. At least according to the Wiki.

Whoops, you are correct! L21 for Tier3
