Monster Races and Piracy

With the new update allowing monster races to start on sencliff with a greater award, is it no longer possible for existing underdarkers to become pirates through extensive RP and a DM request? There's precedent for that happening in the past, and I'd hate for that kind of dynamic RP to go away due to it being offered as an award.

Hello. And yes, such is possible. I was actually unawear that it had ever happened before. Though I know monster races often joined Sencliff crews in piracy.

At any rate- yes, it is possible.
This too shall pass.
