I gues...there is no way how to make it so you dont impar lower level guys around you from XP...isnt it?
I was thinking About many pure low builds based upon ide of never going to higher level locations...something like for example 15/15 druid/cleric...all About support of others...etc...
But if I want do something like this...I would automaticly destroy experience for everyone who would go out with me...

There's no way to avoid killing the XP of others if they're lower level, that I know of.
Something I can suggest though is if you are a level 30 healer cleric, cleric or druid, or any other class with great support spells, you can at least buff some people up at the expense of your spell-slots.
A pure healer is amazing support if they bring you along. With an extended regen on each member, you can keep them topped up on HP the entire trip! Very fun.
