Epic Caster Levels & Summons

Hey. I just had a quick question about Epic Caster Levels and how they affect summons. I checked the wiki but I wasn't sure if it was accurate/up to date and just wanted to check with those more knowledgeable than me!
It says that 'Elemental Swarm' is affected but the undead line+EMD are not.
Is this accurate?

Yes, Undead-Line & EMD is not affected by Epic Caster Levels' Bonuses.
