Two questions relating to spellswords

Post by Griefmaker » Sat Jun 20, 2020 8:42 pm

Hey everyone, I have a couple of hopefully quick and easy questions...both relating to spellswords.

First, I know that they are barred from summons. Does this include golems too?

And second in regards to the new update with parry and nothing in the off-hand granting shield AC...does this stack with what spellsword's get when they do not have anything in their off-hand? I am assuming no, but figured I would ask.

Thanks!

Bumping this question. That seems crazy powerful if it does.

Also, I think they can take trans and summon Golems.

I want to say Golems are considered henchman and thus can be used by a spellsword. Same as Animal Empathy animals if you have ranger levels but someone with more knowledge might correct me.

Henchmen to my knowlege are ok for SS to use, and I thought this was intended. The golem are also very weak, and I've only ever really seen them used for RP.

As for the parry bit, I would wait to see how it changes(if at all) and let the dev that worked on it reply.

it won't stack. Both are shield ac. Shield ac doesn't stack.
