Mummy Dust Special - Undead Summon

Hi,

The last level of undead summoning says Mummy Dust Special (http://wiki.nwnarelith.com/Summoning_Changes). what is this? how do a reach this level?

You have to take the epic mummy dust feat.

To be more accurate mummy dust gives you both the tier 6 and 7. You get two of the tier 6 undead and one of the 'special' tier 7 ones.
