Lost Character

I used to play the game, and got a character around lv 15-19 or so, a Kobold Druid, I was wondering if I could be allowed to be given a level boost or compensations ince my character is now lv 2. I am wondering if I could get some kinda break if possible or should i just level up a new character? Just curious since I had a few alts while making the character and I am not able to find her. My User name was Deren_Drake before and I was wondering if the character a Kobold Druid could be transfered to my Account Drakeclaw so I may resume playing her?

That character can probably be recovered, unless you deleted it yourself.

all your log ins are tied to your cd key once you log back in you will see all vaults related to that cd key
