I'm posting this here since I'm not sure if this is working as intended or not:

When applying Blade thirst (CL26) on a quarterstaff that has 1d8 bludg bonus, my character sheet reports only +5 from the temporary enchantement bonus. Is this as inteded? Ie; do Blade Thirst replace any damage bonus of the same source (bludg for staff)?

Enhancement bonus is the same damage type as the weapon, so if you have a damage bonus that's also that damage type, it'll override.

It also uses the higher value not the latest value. So for your d8 quarter staff the +5 is higher, if you use the d12 quarterstaff it will keep the d12 value I believe.
