Hello. Does anyone know if can select a class path when multi classing? Such as after 3 levels in one class, when I pick a new class can I choose the path (Like Tribesman) instead of the default class?

Type -path to see the options but it has to be done on the first or second level of the new class.

Some classes can take paths by speaking to special NPCs spread out around the world. Bards can become warlocks, druids can select totems, wizards can become wild mages, etc. To my knowledge, there isn't an NPC for Tribesman however.
