Int & Retroactive Skill Points

I know that in vanilla NWN, if you increase your int, you do not gain skill points retroactively.
Is this still true on Arelith?

we have a script that corrects it if you have stat changes at level 1 but no, you're only increasing the skill points you get after the increases.
