There is not a god of freedom, no 'murica. There are only gods who favor freedom and other chaotic aspects like most elemental gods(save Grumbar), majority of CG deities and sometimes even CN/CE deities, even if in a more twisted fashion.

As for escape, Ilmater and Eldath seem to fit that role.

I'd say Tymora. Her creed is basically it.

Odly enough the opposition to Bane is Torm, wich is basically an identical opposite.

Basically Bane is about loyally serving evil masters, while Torm is about loyally serving good masters.

'Freedom', as in freedom from shackles and slavery, would imply Ilmater to me.

Of note, though, Ilmater, as touched on before, has some very strong elements of "Liberate/save/protect the oppressed and downtrodden" and "oppose tyrants, oppressors, and those who prey on the weak". In practice, this usually means trying to reform and correct mildly tyrannical societies, and outright opposing majorly tyrannical socieites (in other words, tea and sermons for Banites, implosions and WoF for Olivia). You don't need to swing all the way to Chaos to find faiths that support the correct measure of liberation needed to ensure a good, stable society that respects human dignity, and not all lawful deities are about crushing deviancy under stomping jackboots.

It's an interesting point that there is no god with a sort of "emancipate the masses"-agenda. There's mass tyranny a la fascism and personal freedom and liberty. *taps chin thoughtfully*
