weird connection

my friend got the game and he cant connect to the cities and planes server, it always times out, he connected to surface and made his char fine but when it came to switching to the other server to arrive in the UD he timed out again, we tried changing the port client but that did nothing. any suggestions?

Same here! DM had no idea what was going on. Any help would be appreciated
