Noticed that I now sometime deshift when I move into another area.. Is this supposed to happen?

To me this only ever seems to happen when the character is wearing something higher than cloth (happens the most in heavy armor).

I have no idea why. I assume it is a bug but this is just the only reason I (and other armor wearing druids at the time) have found to a sudden deshift when transitioning.
