Hi! I've been searching the hermit on western tundra for a quite long time today, and I didn't find it. Someone know what part she/he is located?

This info is usually considered find out in game. My advice is to ask someone around the fire. They will likely take you and it can create some rp.

I recommend scouting it out before accepting it. You don't want to be tied down with a heavy package unable to run and not know exactly where you're headed.
The Tundra isn't "THAT" big, so have a wander. You'll find it. It's not hidden (very well)...
