The Ironhelm: Make it longterm lease

Suggestion: Make Ironhelm part of the new upgradable ship-system.

The flagship of Brogendenstein the Ironhelm is mechanically set up as "rentable" on a short term. It his hidden behind a guildhall/barracks of the settlement but acts more like the Pennyrose mechanically. I suspect the intention of the update is that a ship like it would be included.
