Deleted the response that went to this.
There are things that should be discovered in game and not revealed on the forums.
Do not spoil it for others and try to work it out - if not, ask in game.

Re: Sibayad kings tomb riddle
A post here was deleted for giving FOIG info, it also stated the riddle was a decoy, which it isn't (though one does not need to solve the riddle in order to find the answer, and there are other decoys - it's just the riddle is not one of them)
As I recall. there are 4 things.
King, pointing.
Waves (To signify a barrier - in this case the doors)
A man with a torch (The Explorer/PC)
And a goblet (The means to pass the barrier)
Now the hieroglyphics appear in 'reverse' order, as many ancient alphabets are read right to left, bottom to top.
So to put these in an order we would understand...
Goblet. Man with torch facing ---> Waves <---king, pointing towards water/man/goblet
So in this case, the man cannot reach the king, and the king, for his part, is pointing towards the solution. As the PC faces the Pillar with the riddle, and also facing the barrier (the doors) and beyond it, the king.
In short, the king is not pointing towards the man, or the waves, but to the solution (the goblet) and literally telling the PC where they should be looking for the solution.
