Half-dragons, as many types as possible but primarily Radiant Dragon, Oceanus Dragon and Battle Dragon.
Same for playing actual Dragons

- Helmed Horror or animated armor. Incapable of speech, also does not need rest, sleep or food.
- Death Knight or sentient corporeal undead (that are not vampires).
- Magical Beasts (awakened animals: https://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/awaken.htm). With correct stats and sizes (meaning if it has 3 str, then it has 3 str).

I'd like to see a Lich with a phylactery fixture that has to be set down somewhere. It could act like a MoD and have so many 'times' it could be destroyed before the PC dies. I don't know how this would work and it obviously isn't practical but the Lich is one of the more interesting creatures in D&D.

Three specific shapes dependent on level:
1 - 9: Imp Form (5 DR, SR 10, Regen 1, Fire Damage Immunity 25%)

Personally I’d like to play a shade (shadovar). It would open up a lot of interesting ambassador RP and make the shadow plane an even more interesting place, and a place to have a racial specific faction.

Its been said a few times in this thread. Probably more than a few; But Lich
For that matter, any sentient undead would be great and could add flavor. 3.5 Has had a ton of sentient undead with varying alignments, but all come accross the same shortfall - they are obviously undead and have those societal deficiencies.

The trouble is, it is supposed to be a "mighty warrior", so it wouldn't be fitting to become one at level 1. Maybe some sort of transformative rite?

A human warrior and his cat familiar
Catch is that the cat is psychic and he is mind controlling the human warrior. So when he speaks, it's the cat mind controlling him and so on. No one would know the cat is really in charge.
So I'd play a cat wizard with a human familiar.

I know itll never happen, but with the amount of power from other 5% rewards, I dont feel like its too far out there from the realm of possibility.

For my 5% dream.. If I could do anything.. I'd use the 5% rolls to add features to an existing character. I'd love to see Alenai Tarska be able to continue growing in power, to gain more levels, more feats, more stat increases, for the journey not to end because she hit the level cap over 10 years ago.

I hate to burst bubbles, but this will never happen. 5% will only ever be used on new characters, not existing ones.

Off the top of my head I'd like to see some of the following:
One or two of the half breeds like Half-Fey, Half Celestial, Half Demon/Devil or Half (Orc) Ogre.
A shade or one of the shadovar.
Were curses: Wolves, Rats, Bears, Ravens etc.
Specific class abilities like animal companion or a familiar, maybe turn undead or smite good/evil.

Might be redundant with Firbolg being an option but the Firbolg lore doesn't really suit what I'd want in a character.
