I absolutely love looking at this, it's kinda fun to a "1" next to something and say "Hey, I know who that is," or seeing how many people have similar builds to yours, or even just seeing the odd combinations that some people do. Will this become a regular thing, because that would be great!

Speaking purely from a builds standpoint, rogue is an excellent skill dump for wizards and their infinite skill points.

I woulda thought the skill gain was offset by the loss of spell potency but hey, maybe that was me being short sighted focusing on UMD.

TBH, 27/3 (or 26/4) isn't enough of a CL loss to make too big a difference, especially with dispel caps. Having access to the stealth skills, perception skills, bluff, tumble, UMD, search, and appraise is excellent and can push a lot of skill variety into wizards over the standard Wizard/Bard. That's one of the reasons I did a ranger dip.

My guess is they are a melee PM and use the warlock for the -20% ASF reduction (which negates the ASF on all medium armor and lighter) as well as to meet the caster requirement of PM.

Warlock is there probably just to meet the PM requirement like you said, but not for ASF. The build likely attempts to combine damage reduction with immunity to critical hits. I'd guess it is Warlock 3/PM 10/Barbarian 17.
