Bards of Arelith. Build question?!

Hello and greetings.
So after looking up information. I'd like to roll a bard. Sounds simple enough and even harder to trash bard setup. Yet I usually do. Lol.

I'd like the bard to have full song bonuses and curse bonuses.
I'd like the bard to be fluent in PvP encounters.
Mind control. Buffs. Stealth. Nasty bluff.
If possible a definite crowd controller.
And quick.
Ab enough after curse song to take you down.
Decent enough Ac (mind you I'll be a wand guru)

Not sure exactly the stats on a build as such either. So some ideas would be helpful.
Fairly sure I have concept of rp but that again depends on the race which I'm open for options as each gives attributes accordingly.

Not so much looking for a power build. Well it might be but I would just like a wicked fun bard.
