No seriously I dunno. I thought I broke it at first with a small update yesterday but probably just some Cloud related issues.

Cloud's been showing green across the board on every web service. That is to say, Amazon Web Services server health.

We use the Google Compute cloud, but it wasn't the cloud itself.

I changed the mailing address for my credit card a couple of weeks ago, not realising that Google authenticates my billing address every time it charges my card - so the charge bounced.
