as of late been getting this message a lot..i'm of the understanding that's it's some kind of issue with the IP server side right?

is there anything I can do on my end to alleviate this or do I just wait for a reset or try and logon when there's less people?

Can you get a screenshot of the message? Have you tested your own internet connection to make sure you aren't having connectivity issues?

It's been many a year since I've seen any problems like that, server side, and with the exception of rare and unusual cases, it's been silky smooth since we moved to the cloud.

"Attempting to find server.
Server Found. Attempting to log in.
Connection to server has failed.
Connection error: Server is not responding (timed out)."

that's what I'm seeing..forum doesn't like big pig uploads apparently..in any case I did a speed test..10.8 mbps...on my mom's wifi..no issues surfing the net or anything..videos..etc...don't know what the problem is

What happens if you try to connect again, immediately after it fails?

This is a long shot, but try using OpenDNS, and see what happens.

Google DNS is fine, too.

Hi i get the same problem from time to time, it wont let me back in for some time and i have tried the OpenDNS more than once, with no luck. But i have also realized that with my overrides for the game, sometimes thats what causes time outs and invisible creatures and wierd graphics. (dont know if there is a fix for that)

it might not be your problem at all but i thought to wieght in on it anyways.
